this is a waterproof double bottomed roll top bag built to be filled. There are four exterior pockets, 2 large, 2 small all with softside velcro on the flaps so that it is ready to be labeled. the interior of all pockets and the main bag are lined with a light color so that you can see into the black hole! handles are short and are great at sitting on a tie down of any variety.
